Description of the offence is listed as: "Operated a goods vehicle on a public road, carrying dangerous goods of which the gross vehicle mass exceeds 3500 kilograms or a vehicle to which standard specifications SANS 1398 Road tank vehicles for petroleum-based flammable liquids or standard specification SANS 1518: transportation of dangerous goods design requirements for road tankers, contrary to the conditions of a professional driving permit issued to him or her in accordance with Chapter IV of Act 93 of 1996".
